The Alpha HD A90HDGC-P is our 90,000# payload, hydraulic detachable gooseneck double drop with aluminum pull-out’s. Some of the standard features the A90HDGC-P come with include, 36” flip neck capability, 5 neck ride height settings, pull-out outriggers and chain drops from the front to rear of the low deck, full suspension adjustment controls, apitong deck, and T1 steel construction. About double drop trailers
A double drop has two steps: one behind the neck and one ahead of the rear axles, forming a low well in the middle. The well sits close to the ground and typically runs 25 to 29 feet, which is where tall, heavy items ride — presses, transformers, compact cranes. Detachable and fixed-neck versions exist, and extendable wells handle over-length pieces.
