The Alpha HD A90HDGC-E is our 90,000# payload, HDG, double drop extendable. Some of the standard features the A90HDGC-E comes with are, 5 neck ride height settings, flip neck connections, 12” crossmember spacing, outriggers, d-rings, and chain drops on the deck. Full suspension adjustment and override controls. Apitong decking, and T1 steel construction. Other capacities and configurations are available upon request. About double drop trailers
A double drop has two steps: one behind the neck and one ahead of the rear axles, forming a low well in the middle. The well sits close to the ground and typically runs 25 to 29 feet, which is where tall, heavy items ride — presses, transformers, compact cranes. Detachable and fixed-neck versions exist, and extendable wells handle over-length pieces.
