It features the "NoFoot"® self-lifting gooseneck, the Croucher® low, tapered front end, and a "Bucket Pocket" in the deck. The wide "Boom Trough" in the trailer's rear frame combines with the 20" loaded deck height for a remarkably low transport height. About removable gooseneck trailers
A removable gooseneck trailer is a lowboy whose front neck detaches — hydraulically or mechanically — so the deck rests on the ground and becomes its own ramp. Tracked and low-clearance machines drive on from the front without separate ramps or a dock. RGNs are the default choice for excavators over 30 tons, and the format scales with added axles, jeeps and boosters into the 100-ton-plus range for permitted loads.
